At All Sleeping Bags, we know that your 100% satisfaction is the most important part of our business. As a result, we have a no hassle return policy. Should a customer wish to return a sleeping bag, they may simply send us an email via our contact form within 30 days of purchase. Providing a reason for return will help expedite the process. Once the request is received, we will provide a Return Authorization number (RA #) within 3 - 5 business days along with instructions on how to return the sleeping bag(s).
PLEASE NOTE: If the item being returned is defective or mis-shipped, we will ship the correct item to the customer at no charge. We will also provide the customer with a return label so the bag(s) may be returned to us at no charge.
If a request is received for any other reason, the return will be at the customer's expense. We will not refund the original shipping amount paid, nor reimburse for the shipment back to us. We will provide a refund in full for the product amount paid.

1) Inspect all merchandise upon delivery to ensure it is the correct bag and in usable condition.
2) Ensure you receive an RA# prior to return. Returns will not be accepted if an RA# has not been assigned.
3) Make sure items are returned in re-sellable condition, in it's original packaging.
